2nd Monthly Meeting of CRC 392: Insights into Evolutionary Predictability and PhD Speaker Election
04.11.2024
On 4 November 2024, CRC 392 held its second monthly meeting at LMU Munich, providing PhD students and researchers with valuable scientific insights and networking opportunities. The event began with an introductory talk by Prof. Ulrich Gerland, setting the stage for the afternoon's keynote lecture by Prof. Joachim Krug (University of Cologne)on the experimental evolution of antibiotic resistance, exploring its role as a paradigm of evolutionary predictability. In addition to the scientific programme, the meeting also included updates from the management team and the PhD speaker election, strengthening the representation of early-career researchers in CRC 392. The day concluded with a cooking session and dinner, fostering both scientific and social exchange.
